that it has entered into a CRADA (Cooperative Research and Development
Agreement) with TACOM-ARDEC (Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command -- Armament
Research, Development, and Engineering Center), a division of the United States
Army at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J.

American Technology Corp. (ATC) and TACOM-ARDEC are collaborating to further
advance ATC's sound technologies in military applications such as non-lethal
weapons, psychological warfare and secure communications.

"This CRADA is an important milestone in our overall plan to grow our government

proprietary HyperSonic(TM) Sound (HSS(TM)) and Directed Stick Radiator (DSR).
Funding from Department of Defense agencies and other government and commercial

completed.

"We are confident that our technologies can provide improved tactical
capabilities for the armed services and the security of our nation," added
Conrad. "We are pleased with the increasing government awareness of ATC and our
