The high valuations and uncertain economic outlook don't indicate a likely breakout to the downside in the VXN, either. Most important, though, the long-term complacency index for the Nasdaq is too high, in the 90s.

But who knows? That's my view, but there's always an infinitesimal chance (99.9%) that I could be wrong.
