Scary for this Valley actually>> Yep, I have. I think commercial real estate is in for some major tough love (as only Arizona can dish out in its inimitable boom-bust fashion). Already see more and more vacancies in places like strip malls, and it's only gonna get worse (especially with both MOT and HON laying off in soize). Residential is at the top of the curve now, but it will follow within 3-6 months, max.
