Delay in the secondary . . . S.E.C. questions. Not out of the ordinary, although shorts might have fun with it. Pricing will be set as always at the last moment, after the road show, (which will be a great opportunity to pitch the story most of you know well.) Pricing will be dictated by the offering's pre-echos and might be set a few percent below market (on the day before offering)as an accomodation. Watch market reaction during road show; it will be best indication of things to come. Meanwhile, some softness is likely as things remain in limbo probably until end of July.
