Cliff Baxter. Appears he was a Vice Chairman who resigned last May and was quite vocal about the accounting tricks that were being played. The tattle tail letter named him specifically as someone who felt that this was bad news and evidently he was mentioned as someone the government wanted to talk to. Bummer.
