Right, the law should read that if you never made money then its buyer beware, but if you made money in the past you better keep making it. I think its funny seeing KM in bankruptcy with half as many debts as assets while AMZN who has twice as many debts as assets and a shareholder deficit instead of shareholder equity stays in biz and gets its stock bid up.
