2. PayPal IPO will expose the power of Authorize.net to the Street
3. INSP gobbling up assets for pennies on the dollar and rapidly and effetively expanded subsciber base.
4. Cost cutting-high leases ended..fewer employees
5. Getting rid of non-recurring contract revs...
6. Have contracts with most major wireless carriers (80% wireless market).
7. Diversified product lines: wireless, broadband, web and merchant services.
8. Cash and investment of $389 million, no debt, minimal loss per quarter.
9. Recently appointed a "general" to the board.
10. Wireless subscriber base continues growing even in a down market(about 5 million users by the end of last year). The number will accelarate once 2.5g and 3g wireless networks hit the market (expect in this year).
11. Receive $1 per user per month. No incremental cost incured when more users added.
12. Hired to former msft execs
13. Recent acquistions (GiantBear) and partnerships (Phonetics) indicate company out of self-imposed hibernation, solidifying their wireless contracts going forward, and increasing possibilities of adding new foreign contracts (maybe even Sprint through industry consolidation).
14. Jain said new wireless contracts signed at "same or better terms."
15. GiantBear acquisition now expands offerings to all cell phones (AudioCub)
