Final Avg. Price: $2.544/sh, or 60.93M shares (assuming the company decides to restitute with shares only).

Calculations: (22.63 + ^2.81)/10 = $2.544; $155M/2.544 = 60.9276729559748427672955974842767

___
^$2.81 is an unofficial close for today (16:12:44), volume 8.2811M shares. Non of the previous "unofficial" close had to be corrected, although volume needs to be adjusted due to after-hours cross trades.

____
EDIT: $2.81 is the official close, given 12:17:17. Volume may still be adjusted later. Bottomline: 61M dillution if company decides to pay 100% in shares (which as statesd earlier, I don't expect it to be the case).
