KJ,

The EBITDA was based on SSS growth, something that's discounted by the market due to credibility issues. So, I believe a good number of participants will want to see the numbers before trusting with a blind eye once again. I got at least one email from an investor who said he'll forgive management for the first time, but will walk 2nd time.

At anyrate, I believe the runup is due to settlement, though I'm not sure company will announce its decision Monday. Someone was just buying; if you have a system (i.e., Bloomberg, Telerate...) that tells you where the blocks were coming from and its description (buys vs. short covering), please post them here.

Best wishes, Marty
