With my previous employer it was normal course to have reviews with comments from the SEC. We'd then work like XXXX to respond to expidite the process. Worked on one preferred, and two debt issues. With a government agency you don't work at your pace but at thiers (i.e. hurry up and stop).

Never had a clean one without comments. Did have a separate SEC reporting staff with separate accounting policy to expidite the process. You can't expect MRVC to have the same resources in house.
