The details are to be kept lock from the public cause it is fair for the people that allegedly committed wrongdoing and maybe crimes and are presumed inocent until proven otherwise. SEC jumps in, Congress jumps in, it is not a surprise that the FBI and Justice are jumping in. Blind ones did not believe what was obvious: a gross insider trading crime. The company must provided investors with the information about Justice and they did on time for everyone to know fairly at the same time, too bad they did not did the same with the FDA info.
