Haim, the eventual collapse of the JGB market is inevitable...it will occur hand in hand with the nationalization of the banking system and the BoJ monetizing the requisite government debt - the "reflation" option, the only way out of the quandary it seems. Japanese savers are sensing the danger...and have begun to hoard gold.
