Mishedlo, I wanted to comment on something you said which was <There was an enormous # of MSFT calls at strike 70 last expiry and there was simply no way the option sellers would let MSFT close above that, regardless of earnings.>

I think that normally you are right, however, once in awhile the folks that normally do a lot of writing switch and a lot of buying. I saw MSFT call options rise about 15 times (i.e. 1500%) almost overnight a couple of earnings seasons ago. I think they also did it recently with SYMC, FNM, and HAL.

BTW - are you Canadian? I noticed you use the word "expiry" just like my friends up north.
