Does anyone honestly think a US government agency has a turnaround time of FOUR business days? Next joke. Interesting speculation and rumour about the MRVC secondary; however, I find it extremely unlikely that the SEC (part of the government) could have generated any feedback whatsoever in a turnaround time of FOUR days (June 26th). So, any comments concerning the S3 filing are in the realm of speculation right now. I'd really cut out circulation of rumours...certain MRVC competitors would rather that the secondary not happen at all...
