Anything I can understand is in that link. At some level, someone (according to Kurt Wolff, a very careful accountant) large amounts of money are being siphoned off from gullible shareholders. I have been follwoing his analysis for years, and I trust that he wouldn't post anything like that--with a possible exposure to libel suits--if he did not have it correct.

If you go to his site, there are several postings with lots of specific, objective figures.

I am in the process of deciding if I want to liquidate some bond holdings to provide margin to short one of those entities. My margin account is not arranged properly for well-margined shorting right now. I have a ton of index puts but you cannot margin those.
