I don't mean to poke fun at you or belittle your situation, but that exchange of correspondence is about the funniest (and most ridiculous) that I have seen in some time. And I'm not referring to your request(s), which I think were clearly stated and matter-of-fact in nature. Makes me wonder if Yahoo! doesn't employ the southern end of a northbound horse...
