Chris, The unfortunate part about the delay in deleting the posts is that the aggrieved parties (in this case, the plaintiffs) are the folks that truly want the offending posts removed. The defendants are requesting that they be deleted by virtue of the order of the court, and the defendants cannot be made to suffer any further penalties because of Yahoo!'s failure to remove them. In a sense, those people could be viewed as being "victimized" again. KJC
