Tonight on tv news, I learned that the Baltimore police have been unable to prosecute rape cases because they do not have the money for DNA tests. A DNA test would cost $500. ABC News supported in part some DNA tests. The results were good. The police solved cases that were very old. So I want to ask, why should Americans allow W to waste millions and millions of dollars on future wars when we do not have the money to solve crimes at home?
