I do not follow the chart as closely as you. What I'm thinking:

1) The reason LVLT did not move/in fact it fell on its latest contract news is because the net pool of customers is a mess.

2) LVLT dropped to $1.89 on the fears that GX problems are LVLT's problems.

3) LVLT is having a negative quarterly growth rate in revenues during a period in time when 10-20% was expected.

I sense the fears that brought LVLT to $1.89 are becoming real. The stock should then make a new low following its earning report. If you read the SEC fling for the 3rd quarter report you will see that LVLT has put themselves in the position of giving do notice. These guys can now say anything, after all you were properly warned.

Looking at a chart using the most simplstic buy/sell signals, the moving averages. I come up with a buy signal occerd at $4.00 and the sell is now occuring at $4.37. Not bad almost a 10% in an extreamly small window of time.

What are you using that claims now is the time to buy?
