So, if the current budget of 343 billion is about 120 billion in excess of needs which include those of Administration priorities and the Administration priorities add another 48 billion bringing the 03 budget to 391 billion about 170 billion over needs when do we wrangle it back down to 220 give or take 30 billion, which would meet the needs? Your agument reminds me of the horse farmer who has a lot of wild horses corraled and let's them all go free in hopes they will come back with more horses. If you let that horse out of the barn, the only thing that will result is to create a lot of enemies to justify that huge DOD budget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
