PCI, AGP and that is usually it. No, it is not going to be in the processor, there will be a HT to PCI/AGP/Whatever I/O is needed. It may be moved to the south bridge, or it might not be needed. For a sealed box with no internal expansion, if you have a video chip with HT, then all you would need would be a south bridge chip like the one in the current nForce chipset.
