I see 150K volume. Stock declines on low volume and advances on brisk volume. At least one good sign.

I called Pres. Gerry of Zappa Resources (ZPA owns 90K of VRB) and Gerry was very upbeat. Stock is on Frankfurt exchange as of a week or so ago. He said some Australian red tape was holding up some VRB plans but that things would be rectified soon. Current action seems to be backing up Gerry's sentiments.
