Well, I watch NBR and from a low in the teens it is recovering. Also oil prices went very low and I believe are stabilizing (and usually are higher in the summer). Also if you look at the graphs of several oil companies, they seem to have bottomed and are beginning back up. Also I think the market in general is very treacherous now and oil is a more defensive play. That's my reasoning but that doesn't mean it's right.
