What out for the nude beaches down there. There lot's of those boys who like boys in Key West.

I don't expect any real increase in OS activity until the second half of 2003, so oil stocks should start to have a sustained rally starting in Q1 2003.

I think we will have many false starts between now and then, and we may or may not have seen the bottom at OSX 58.

My guess is we that have seen the bottom and we will continue to have higher highs and higher lows between now and Q1 of 2003. I can't see this run going past OSX 92-95.

We still have lots of bad news coming out with the E & P's and many billions in write downs for the ones who were aggressive in acquisitions last year We still have not seen the worst with oil pricing and maybe even NG pricing this spring.
