I have not been keeping up to snuff on this thread as much as I would have liked to. The following may have been touched on previously. As I understand it, Israel has imprisoned?? Arafat in his digs, indicating he is not allowed to venture forth?? IF this correct, what prevents Arafat from saying to hell with you and proceeding along his merry way any where he chooses?? Whats Israel going to do? Blow him to smithereens. NOT likely. What am I missing here? C
