Hi. Even the experts are confused at this point, but at least there will be rapid development of at least three technologies. The CMP references for the day are: techweb.com and the next number: techweb.com which opine that there all three technologies may have some share. It may be some time before things get sorted out. I think there is some work on integration of memory in a CPU chip, as well. Regards, Logan
