The military is the only thing Bush can stomach spending money on. The truth is he wants to run up the deficit so much that the government will be forced to become smaller and therefore businesses can become more powerful than the government. Of course it won't work, but in the meantime he can turn us into a second rate country. I really think he has some stupid pipedream where either the Rotary club or Skull and Bones will lead the world to prosperity. The ones feeding him this Male-cow-caca just want to make enough money now to be a big player when it all falls apart.
