Jerry, I'm sorry to hear that. I've appreciated your contributions to this board. Well, Gambler, I've been quiet lately tending to some other investments. I am still holding some shares of Scangraphics although I did sell some of my position when we were up between 3 5/8 and 4. The fall will be the time when we will see this one open up. Hopefully that will be before the company needs to make another private offering. I've been keeping an eye out on the net for new tidbits and I'll post them when they show up. Happy trading Tom
