Also, with Saddamn using the increased revenue for weapons development, would he be able to develop the weapons much sooner? Why do you feel Saddamn is using billions to develop weapons systems, and palaces, instead of using the money to benefit his people? In other words, what does Saddamn intend to do with these weapons? Are his intentions peaceful and honorable?
