Look sorry to butt in but George Guilder is one of finest futurists of our time. His book, Microcosm, in 1989 was a beacon in the darkness of the history of technology. He is an eloquent, and brilliant wordsmith. He was there with Shockley and Rock and Grove at the beginning and his incisive analysis and understanding of tech is among the best. He just doesn't know shit about business. And you should not blame him if you yourself don't know this.
