There have been items that range from genital mutilation [a conservative point of interest] SAY WHAT?????? Do you mean conservative Jew? The particular conservative in question was focused on genital mutilation in Muslims, but I think he would have [and did] agreed that circumcision fit the class of genital mutilation. He was also into New World Order conspiracies as well, if that helps give some perspective. I thought everyone was interested in those [vacations]. Vacation was a topic that a liberal brought up; mutilation was a topic that a conservative brought up. Speaking of vacations...Barcelona was great [Saville was very nice.] Barcelona shopping makes Manhattan look like a mini-mart [and I have been shoppin in Manhattan]. I did take note that in Barcelona, there was a McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut and Burger King...all virtually empty of customers. Though all the local restaurants were doing a very nice business. Just something to keep in mind when you see an op-ed piece that asserts that American-style restaurants are taking over Europe. jttmab
