Yes. You'll find, for example, that while Canada has a higher life expectancy and lower infantality mortality rate, the %GDP that goes to health care is roughly 60% of the %GDP that goes to health care in the US. [That information was in the links I provided in earlier posts]...

You can also find [among other things] that there are fewer hospital beds per capita in Canada vs. the US or that the average doctor's salary is significantly lower in Canada than in the US. You can legitimately view those as "negatives" that contribute to the lower relative cost; but the national statistics on life expectancy and infant mortality indicate that Canada is delivering health care more "efficiently" than the US is, IMO.
