Enron sure 'End-runned' everyone in that fiasco. Andersen was the inside referee. And the shareholders sitting in the grandstands thought they were watching a clean game.

Remember the old Lay's corn chip commercial, "Vat's dat crrruuunching?" Answer: Enron big-wigs stuffing crisp dollar bills into their pockets.
