Melatonin is available at all vitamin shops....even discount stores. I would opt for the sublingual type sold in places like General Nutrition Center...although they are not priced well unless you take advantage of their sale days..

I"ve had those same types of dreams.....connected to a sound or smell locally that drives the content of the dream....
