Nah, Milberg Weiss are big boys and they are used to little pissant attempts from big business like this to discredit and divert them.

Although, it is troublesome from a moral standpoint that this kind of diversionary tactic is used. It is also noteworthy that it was this same type of political force which achieved changes in the federal laws, and perhaps some state laws also, together with legislative foot dragging that protected companies like Enron. These types of situations only get worse to the point that they explode with huge loss, unless they are allowed to be corrected earlier, by laws that were already on the books.
