Dr. Suresh Rattan, Recognized Expert in Aging, Appointed to Senetek's Research Professorship at the University of Aarhus, Denmark

Rattan, Ph.D., D.Sc., an internationally recognized scientist in the field of Molecular Gerontology, has been chosen to head the Senetek Research Professorship at the Danish Centre for Molecular Gerontology, University of Aarhus.
The Senetek Research Professorship has been established to further the study and development of therapeutic compounds in the areas of anti-aging and skincare/dermatologicals. This comprehensive new research program, with a dedicated laboratory and staff, will operate under the direct supervision of Dr. Rattan.
Dr. Rattan has published more than 100 papers on various aspects of gerontology in scientific journals and is a recognized expert in developing the concept of hormesis, the effect of stress on health and the longevity of cells. He earned his Ph.D. from the Division of Genetics, National Institute for Medical Research, Mill Hill, London, UK, and has earned his D.Sc. from the University of Aarhus.
