"It's okay for me to say really bad and nasty things that violate SI's TOUs to THIS PERSON, because THEY DESERVE IT. THEIR BEHAVIOR exempts me for YOUR LAWS."

a la: "I beat my wife to death last night because she DESERVED IT. Or, "She ASKED for it, so I stabbed her 38 times with a butcher knife." Or, "I shot her in the head because she 'mouthed off' to me."
