Rosie..glad you are out playin in the snow. It snowed off & on here but nothing really has stuck. Yen and I drove up to Whidbey Island to see the "home of the week" open house that an architect friend of mine designed. It was a very nice drive, very snowy in places, few people on the roads.

The house design was wonderful. A simple little home in the woods with fine craftsmanship and great use of small spaces. Pretty darn expensive though, they billed it as being a simple home, using inexpensive materials.....but it cost over $300,000 to construct 1,300 square feet of home, not including land.
