MeD-- Laws tough enough for criminals like those at ENE will only be known if Lay and a few more get some serious jail time and fines-- enough to open them to civil suits larger than their insurance will pay. Still, the individuals that lost a major part (or all) of their savings are pretty dumb... who should compansate them,, no one!
