Gosh it seems to me that you really have to pound on a guy to kill him with your fists. I watched the whole trial. I was surprised by how different the testimony was from the pre-trial hype, which was that a big guy had beat a little guy, his kid's hockey coach, to death. The victim wasn't all that beat up. He didn't have any marks on his face. He was hit in precisely the wrong spot on his neck. Expert testimony from both sides indicated it wouldn't have taken much of a blow. Apparently you don't "really have to pound on a guy to kill him with your fists." FWIW Karen
