You might be interested to note that on friday the announcements for 1.1 certification and motorola's product FAILED, for the first time ever.. (they use broadcom chips inside)

texas instruments, which doesnt use broadcom chips, was the only vendor to pass.

BTW- intel and cisco just announced they are getting into the broadband chip/modem business.

Broadcom is going down for the count. Next stop for the stock price, low teens.

Shorting Broadcom is like shorting Rambus. The corporate failure is certain- it's merely a matter of time.
