Hi rich. In your first paragraph you say "we have as yet really done no systemic changes to stop another attack.". In the same paragraph you say "our country is being transformed from free and beautiful to one of barricaded areas."

Please explain? Nothing has been done or our country is being transformed.

Also, what "systemic changes" would be appropriate? Any ideas?
