You lost me on the "engraving had to be 1mm deep" EC...these Krugs were NOT incuse, they were "embossed" or raised designs, remember? Another reason I'm sticking by my hollowed/pour story, these were not solid tungeston with some gold dip, these were drilled filled, and reeded edge re-filed---skillfully, yes--but re-filed nontheless.
