In my mind AMD is very cautious about lawsuits after getting caught lying a couple of years ago about "yields are fine" and "our yield problems are behind us" (as Jerry dumped his shares) then admitting yields were terrible and thus had to have been terrible when they lied to shareholders Since the Athlon's come out, AMD has had progressively less reasons to "lie" (or speaks mis and partial truths). Those were the K6 days. Funny you forgot to mention that. Hectors comment was intended to be misunderstood. Elmer's comments were intended to be misunderstood? ;) TG
