JEB, that is the most preposterous position I have ever heard. Unemployed people do not pay taxes. Tax cuts for the wealthy do nothing but make them more wealthy. If you want to stimulate the economy you create jobs and spend money it is as simple as that. Now how you do it the challenge and if you are going to spend more you ought be ready to take in more and cutting taxes for a few people will just make things worse.
