Here is the latest docket report. The briefs have been filed. I am attempting
to get copies of them. If anyone else has copies, please post a note saying so.
This "court date" was the first time defendants ahve had to state how they believe
the claims should be interpreted. The hearing will not be held until after GIFT
files their reply.
