Dwight, Thanks for the links. Lots of interesting comments filed by the terrestrial wireless operators, among others. My instinct is telling me the FCC will likely continue their precedent of granting flexibility, and allow the MSS the use of ATS, much in the same manner they modified the use of fixed MMDS licenses to better serve the marketplace. Don't hesitate to post more links, there is at least one person on SI interested! Ron
