Actually DMX announced their intention to buy Oxo long before the data was unblinded. More importantly, when they announced that they were going ahead with the deal, it was a "no money down" deal. If WF10 is a failure, DMX will walk away with no further obligation. Hardly a ringing endorsement.

I'm not knocking WF10. I'm just disagreeing with anyone who contends the risk is small.
