I would think the clinical trial quarterback would be experienced knowing what is required to startup and what is expected at the completion. Assume he knows what analysis is done at the end, all checkpoints should be in place to follow protocol or process.

They have to go back and review all of the patient charts (in many different centers) to ensure the trial protocols have been undertaken properly.

Wouldn't there have been QA check points and audits conducted throughout the process. If its done at the end of the trials, that's scary! Say it ain't so.

Bottom line -- they have to be very careful

There a lot of lives and money at stake.

RTQ 5.10 Nice bounce back. Dip reflects past results.
