| OT -- John Yes there have been a lot of them. Many were incompetent and in over their heads. A few as you mentioned are just crooks. Unfortunately many of them have enough intelligence along with high priced lawyers to walk away with many millions with their only contribution being lining their pockets. ENE was probably doomed for a year or more but the manner it was done,, yes-- Poor Linda Lay will only have one house (probably worth millions - and what happened to the procedes from selling the other 2?) and a few offshore bank accounts. Look at the sellling her Kenny did-- nearly daily sales,,,, If he had bought more stock with all the procedes he should have millions of shares left,,, even at a buck he would be OK-- but who would believe he did that? Then she says "he did not know..." then after saying it was his job to know the question would have to be why not?! Some times one cannot pass the buck.. |
